TK MEDIA ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio based in Luxembourg. We build custom websites, web applications, and AI automation solutions.

4. How We Store & Protect Your Data

Your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and processed through our email provider (Resend). We do not store personal data in a database. Form submissions are delivered directly to our business email.

We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Resend — for delivering email notifications from form submissions.
  • Vercel — for hosting our website.

These services may process your data outside the EU. Each provider maintains appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data is protected.

6. Cookies

Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. We only use essential cookies required for the website to function. If we introduce analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy and implement a cookie consent mechanism as required under GDPR.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
