1. Who we are
TK MEDIA ("we", "us", "our") is an AI engineering studio based in Luxembourg. We build our own apps and take on a small number of partner projects.

2. What data we collect
We collect only the personal data you choose to send us through the contact form on this website: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
3. How we use your data
We process your personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiry.
- Discuss a potential project or partnership.
- Deliver services under a contract, where we agree to work together.
Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6): we process your data based on (a) your consent when submitting the form, (b) the necessity to take steps toward or perform a contract, and (c) our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
4. How we store & protect your data
Your submission is transmitted securely over HTTPS and delivered to our business email through our email provider, Resend. We do not store form submissions in a database.
We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
5. Third-party services
We rely on the following third-party services:
- Resend: delivers email from form submissions.
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Vercel Analytics: privacy-preserving analytics. It collects aggregated page views and performance metrics only, sets no cookies, and does not track or identify individual users.
These providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies & analytics
This website sets no cookies and uses no client-side tracking. Aggregate traffic statistics are collected server-side via Vercel Analytics, without cookies or personal identifiers.
As a result, no cookie-consent banner is required under article 4 of the Luxembourg loi modifiée du 30 mai 2005 on electronic communications privacy (the LU transposition of the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC), nor under the GDPR.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data.
- Restriction: limit how we process your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@tkmedia.lu. We respond within 30 days.
8. Complaints
If you believe your data protection rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD), the supervisory authority in Luxembourg: cnpd.public.lu.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes are posted on this page with an updated revision date.
