• All quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Project work begins only after mutual agreement on scope and receipt of any agreed-upon deposit.
• We provide fixed-price quotes. No hourly billing or surprise invoices.
• Changes to project scope after agreement may result in adjusted pricing and timelines.

Our website: All content, design, code, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of TK MEDIA and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Client projects: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. We retain the right to use generic, non-client-specific components and frameworks.

TK MEDIA provides its website and services "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
